Name, Email address, Contact information, & Details provided/obtained for genealogy research.

We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is voluntarily provided for the purpose of genealogical research.

• Communicate with you regarding your order or inquiry

Upon completion of services, your data may be securely archived just in case you lose the original file that is sent to you, or, all data will be deleted upon request. If you request that your data be deleted, we will not be able to provide a replacement file and you will have to place another order.

All cases accepted by Family Roots Uncovered from law enforcement, or other government agencies, such as coroner's and medical examiner's offices, will be handled discreetly. Limited information regarding our involvement may be made public after the agency issues a press release and/or makes the case public themselves. Non-disclosure agreements are accepted.
