Please fill out the above form prior to submitting payment. 

• Records from outside the US may be more difficult to obtain (I.E. Japanese records). If you know that we may have to search for records outside of the US, please e-mail first!

• All prices for services include a non-refundable $20 research fee. If information on your ancestors is not obtainable, a refund will be provided, minus the $20 research fee. A watermarked rough draft will be provided for your review before delivering a final copy. This gives you an opportunity to request revisions and/or customizations. 

• Once a final copy is delivered, it is non-refundable.

• You will receive your family tree research in PDF format for easy printing or an MP4 (video). Formatting customizations are available at no additional cost. 

• Additional pages that include you, your spouse & children are available upon request. If you can provide the photos and information, it can be added at no cost.  If research time is required for obtaining information on immediate family (i.e. high school photos, residence dates, etc.) a $10 fee will be added to the cost of the package.

• If a photo of a person is unavailable, a generic placeholder, photo of headstone, or family crest will be used. 

• Higher tiered packages will include additional pages & research and are priced accordingly. Prices are listed at the bottom of the Family History Research Request Form starting at $50 for PDF versions and $75 for Video versions .

• Turnaround time is typically 1 week for the Grandparents package, 10 days for the Great-Grandparents package and 14+days for higher tiered packages. This is for both PDF and Video Versions.

• Expedited 3 day service is available for the Grandparents and Great-Grandparents packages for an extra $35 for PDF versions. Please contact me prior to ordering expedited services for video packages as these services might not be available at all times.
